If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns on Apparel and Merchandise
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds on Apparel and Merchandise
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns on Event Tickets
You have 30 calendar days (unless it’s 48 hours before start time of said event) to request a refund for a ticket purchased.
All ticket sales are final 48 hours before event start time.
Summer Camp Cancellation and Refunds
Deposit per child per session is due at the time of registration in order to secure your camper’s spot in camp. This is a non-refundable deposit, barring medical issues (see below).
First, we would like to encourage you to simply move to another session so your child can have the experience of summer camp. However, we understand that things come up and you may need to cancel altogether. To do so, please call or email us with this information.
Deposit is not refundable or transferable at any time unless it is a medical reason (must have written explanation from a doctor).
If you cancel with more than 30 days prior to the session start date, you will be refunded all money paid (except deposit).
15-30 days until the session start date we will issue a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the session start date.
MEDICAL REASON FOR CANCELLATION
We understand that medical issues may arise over the summer or just as your child is set to attend camp. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will ask that you submit a written notice from your child’s physician. If you child is sick and there is time and room, we will work with you to switch your camper to a later session.
